On a single-family home located on a flat plot of 751 m2 and surrounded by a large garden with pine trees native to the area, we were commissioned with the expansion project with the aim of replacing its classic style with contemporary lines.

As a summer home, the main intention of the project is to create a social space where a large kitchen with views of the garden is prioritized, achieving a single space as a kitchen – gallery – solarium – pool – garden sequence.
